Is our store a secure site?
Providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience is critical for us. Your credit card transactions are encrypted and our servers are secure to protect you and your information. We will never sell or provide your information to an outside party.
Is there a minimum order size?
We do not have a minimum order size. Whatever Lola wants Lola gets!
What is our return policy?
For regular priced items, you can exchange/store credit an item within 10 days of recieving your order. All the tags MUST be intact on the garments. If the garment does not have a tag, we cannot process a refund. For sale items, the policy is a final salel. No exchange or store credit will be given. Buyer will be responsible for handling shipping costs on returns.
